The website was created by Jack Holland in 2003. In 2004 it was inherited
by Josh Jackson, who updated the site considerably. In 2005
Ian Williams and Dan Roberts shared the site. The current webmaster is Ben
Tanner.

website is under copyright of HCFC. Any text on this website must not be used
without first gaining permission from the HCFC webmaster.
If epistemological relativism has taught us anything, it is that we are all
prisoners of discourse and therefore nothing is an accurate representation of a
